Availability and Cancellations

The provision of goods and services by Focus Logic Social Club is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Focus Logic Social Club will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off)

For online purchases, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you the right to cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods, without reason or penalty. The goods must be returned in their original condition, and you pay only the direct cost of returning them. Where the Consumer Protection Act applies to direct marketing, a 5 business day cooling-off right may also apply. To cancel, email focuslogicsocialclub@gmail.com.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Focus Logic Social Club Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

• products that have been used for purposes other than their intended use in normal domestic situations;
• products that have been intentionally damaged or misused;
• Focus Logic Social Club products which provide a specified time period for return; and/or
• products covered by express written warranties.

Important Points About the Guarantee

• The FLSC guarantee is applicable in South Africa, Namibia, Eswatini and Angola, and is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
• Please make sure that you are aware which products are not covered by the Focus Logic Social Club Satisfaction Guarantee. These are covered by separate guarantees, which are explained in the information contained in the product package. Please contact Focus Logic Social Club South Africa for further details.
• The Focus Logic Social Club Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any designated products which can reasonably be expected to have a shelf life of less than 6 months.
