How returns, refunds and exchanges work at Focus Logic Social Club, including our Satisfaction Guarantee, what it covers and what it does not.
Availability & cancellations
The provision of goods and services by Focus Logic Social Club is subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will refund you in full within 30 days.
If you cancel an order, no administration fee is charged.
What the Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover
The Focus Logic Social Club Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:
- products that have been used for purposes other than their intended use in normal domestic situations;
- products that have been intentionally damaged or misused;
- products for which a specified return period is provided; and
- products covered by express written warranties.
About the Focus Logic Guarantee
A few important points to remember about the Focus Logic Social Club Satisfaction Guarantee:
Where it applies
The guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under consumer law, which remain unaffected.
- Know what is not covered. Please make sure you are aware which products fall outside the Satisfaction Guarantee. These are covered by separate guarantees, explained in the information inside the product package. Contact Focus Logic Social Club South Africa for further details.
- Short shelf-life products. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any designated products that can reasonably be expected to have a shelf life of less than 6 months.
